Descent To Mars Book
This is is continous series of ‘Descent To Mars’ in which I used the leftover collograph prints to create the front and back cover of this book. This work is about how if I were to find a fragment of my grandma’s mind it would be a book of the Mars landscapes to show that her mind in which she was non verbal to me due to her illness.This reflects onto trying to find her through my collographs, but instead trying to perceive her non verbally that is why there are no words just images. The images are stone lithographs, I would split the stone in sections to create the pages.
